We’ll pick you up from your hotel or the airport and guide you through each visit. If a property catches your interest, we can schedule a second viewing—perhaps at a different time of day, since it’s important to experience the house under various conditions.

Once we’ve found your dream home, you can make informed decisions, decide to make an offer and negotiate with the seller.

Once your offer is accepted, the legal process takes about 8 to 10 weeks.

The final step is a meeting at the notary’s office, where all the deed of sale is signed, and the house officially becomes yours.
